DocPlace originated as an enterprise-class Document Management System (DMS), which enables organizations to easily capture, organize, manage, and distribute paper or electronic documents. Once captured, documents are integrated seamlessly into the company’s processes and environment. This system enables every office to work remotely and organize documents digitally without any IT assistance.

Are Going!
In 2020, we introduced our Web Services product hosted on Microsoft’s Azure. This product was designed around the remote office environment. DocPlace organizes and manages all your documents with the document management solution encompassing workflows and approval processes with eSignature across remote offices.
